RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE ORGANIZING TEAM

  • All organizers must commit to their assigned tasks and meet established deadlines.

  • Collaboration, respect, and effective communication with all team members are expected.

  • Since event organization can be demanding, each member should develop strategies to handle pressure in a professional manner.

  • Attendance at meetings and events is mandatory except in justified cases. If a member cannot attend or meet a deadline, they must inform the team in advance.

  • Key decisions will be made collectively, prioritizing team well-being and organizational goals.

  • An inclusive environment must be maintained, avoiding any form of discrimination or toxic behavior.

  • Internal information regarding events and organizational strategies must be handled with discretion.

  • Each organizer will have a defined role within the team. It is essential to fulfill assigned responsibilities and communicate any issues to the coordinators.

  • Organizers must attend training sessions on leadership, event management, and crisis handling.

  • Team members are expected to dedicate at least 5–10 hours per week during peak activity periods.

  • Each member is expected to propose solutions to challenges and take initiative when necessary.

  • Constructive feedback is valued to improve the team’s work. Any conflicts must be resolved respectfully and professionally.

  • Changes in planning may arise, so it is important to remain flexible and be prepared to adapt to new circumstances.
